Alan: So, Derek, let’s get this out of the way. Your SEC filings disclose a personal bankruptcy in 2012. Can you address the issue?

Derek: Sure. This had nothing to do with Terra Tech specifically. I had been advanced a large signing bonus from a previous employer, and, as a result of my separation from that firm, they sought to recover it. Unfortunately, I had invested it in the markets, and you know what happened in 2009. Instead of spending years litigating the issue, I decided to file and focus on Terra Tech.
