Who? Start with Alpha Capital. Are there other beneficial holders who have not filed their 13G's? No that would never happen. Markets aren't rigged and are full of honest players.

Who? Is Sonya and her crew still short? Awful lot of naked short sellers making this market.

Who? Amedica. Where are they? Amedica willingly chose to have unprotected sex with this latest round of financiers but now we complain are beloved Amedica might be prego? Two words: Dilution, Shorts.

Who? Ladenburg Thalmann and Mr. Cohen, where are they?

Amedica is a business not solely run around an FDA approval. Or is it? Start separating Amedica as an equity from Amedica as a company. Amedica the equity is managment's currency and until managment aligns both, what investors want, and what managment wants will never align. I've said it directly to Sonny and Mike, start accumulating large positions of the common and prove to your loyal shareholders you support us. And Sonny, you are an accomplished surgeon, you are a professor, you are even a partner in a law firm and consult, do you and other BOD's really need salaries? Sure you are legally entitled but if you truly believe in reducing overhead, cash burn, and want to see the equity start to be valued more in line with Amedica's intellectual property and science, then take a $1 annual salary. Take a page out of Jobs or Elon's playbook. Lead by example and the market will richly reward you.

Sonny, you get more in secondary offerings if your currency were $10 rather than .80.

And even with all this negativity I am long AMDA and expect a $2-3 pop if and when FDA approval is ever "approved".
