I beg to differ on 'mis-representations'.
It's the company (leo) that had lead that all along on what investors should expect. I been here from the beginning and know quite well, so do many other veterans.

Management was cleaver not to place dates on their 'Anytime' Pipeline Chart, like they did on The Sled.

One just has to face reality on how Penny Stocks get the ability to later Draw funds from a Shelf.
Hint.... it's from early investors who generally are carefully lead that positive material events are 'just around the corner'.
....same people later tell you (oh, your ALL-IN by then and DEEP underwater) that it takes 'time.
Sound Familiar ?
