The only real track record for Terra Tech is:

1. Held to 350 million authorized shares for the last 7+ years.
2. Increase in revenues of almost 500% since 2013.
3. Growth this quarter alone exceeds all of last year.
4. Only company worth spit in the sector.
5. Share price up 300% since beginning of the year.

Didn't Trump file for bankruptcy several times? Is that not all the rage these days in the states? My mistake, Peterson didn't file a business bankruptcy that affected common share holders, his was personal.
