I guess GPL sold everything, I was looking at this additional 30 day option.
"Under the Amended and Restated Underwriting Agreement, the Company has granted to the Underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 2,437,500 Units at the Issue Price per Unit, for a period of up to 30 days after the closing of the Offering"

So it should be good to bottom fish.
