I am guessing they need to gear up a bit as well...as surely actually GETTING the permit after such a long wait had to be at least somewhat of a surprise even to them.

I am NOT a treasure hunter/diver, but I am guessing the new Permit has them doing different activities than before and they need to get that gear in position...checked out and made ready to go.

You'd think that was done by now though...so hopefully we have good water and clear sailing ahead.
