I'm not sure if a 95 airplane would cut it. They would need at least a 2006 or later. All air lines are currently shooting for more fuel efficient planes. Baltia is shooting to get off the ground. Then they will have to tackle the crazy fuel cost for their flights. If they were smart they would get a more fuel efficient plane now. Who knows, what if the FAA update their regulations? Saying something like "All 1995 airplanes are banned due to its high air pollution and heavy fuel usage". Then BLTA would be back to square one and the cycle continues. BLTA need to get their game face on. Right now its do or die I dont think they've ever been in this position before. Now that they are theres no room to cut cost only room to do what's right for the company and long time shareholders.
