I honestly don't know for sure why Orlando was mentioned either. I've used my degree in Google to come up with a possibility. If you follow the link for this L-3 division, it's all about detection equipment.

Also, we know Glenn from the PR company traveled to Orlando. But, I question if he'd be involved in those meetings. Maybe, I suppose, if he were helping to formalize a release. But, truth be told, I think he is waiting for the release like the rest of us.

So, this is all still speculation on my part. Maybe Buffalo knows more.
