CP, this is how the reverse split will actually affect the SP:

The shelf shares will not be divided by 5 as you stated they should. Write a letter, it will do no good.

PPHM will then sell the shelved shares at the bloated and inflated $2 a share price (to use your example) to continue there overpaid salaries.

This will drive the SP down below $1. This will not be good for anyone holding shares now. Unless you short into it. Wink, wink

Mark this post and in 1-2 years tell me if I was wrong. But by then I'm sure there will be a thesis on why we are standing on the strongest ground in the company's history.
