Its carrying capacity or payload delivery is still in question. That leads us to fully humanized Bavi, the one I prefer. But Dr. Thorpe liked Bavi 1/2 half mouse and 1/2 human. More antigenic he said. That is one major area of departure for Dr. Thorpe and me. I have my heart set on more fully humanized Bavi. By-the-way, where are we with that construct last being tested in Russia?
