I was thinking the same zdog. ITKG is in prove it mode with me. I like the approach they are taking, but I need to see something work out. Even if the MOU is finalized, there is no guarantee Ultimate will make things happen no matter how aggressive they may be.
I'm more interested in the electric car going into production any day, week or month now. New car production is typically around this time of year and into the fall. News of this is what will propel the company forward.
Again, I like the direction they are going. I like the plan. Things may actually finally happen this year and possibly soon, but there is still room for concern about the company as a whole. To me, that concern is more short term. If dilution is required to keep the plan moving, then I'm fine with that...as long as it brings in revenue.
