Two issues I see. Nasrat mentioned the delay of the formulation with fatty food, and that fact that it may be addressed by either labeling instructions to sprinkle, or a change in formulation. He did say change in formulation as well. Either way I see additional study required, possibly a different delivery or formulation and/ or labeling instructions. I am disappointed they got this one wrong but following the FDA's changing approval requirements are like herding cats.
I see delay into year end and opportunities to average down for many who came to the party in the last year. Personally, I purchased 68k more shares at .152 today - a pure blessing as I was dumb lucky in timing the purchase this morning. Feeling blessed an trust in ELTP's management to turn this around.
Our generics alone make us cash flow positive if you removed R and D costs. So I believe we will weather this one. Add on dips and look long term IMHO. Max
