TK, our contracts stated that we (TDEY) at closing own 100% of ORT . The statement that I was making has a lot to do as to how you report the "revenues" and etc.....And I was trying to do a little bit of: "tongue in cheek".... statement, because of all the "allegations and things that were posted" in order to misdirect and "imply" that my management had issues and "felonious" behavior was alleged to have been discovered, but then, when the new management "tried" to file with FINRA, they learned very quickly about what's proper. So, at the end of the day, I know the difference between a "buy out" and a merger. And I know what we signed, and its part of the record in 3 different contracts. We , as part of "discovery" have a great position here.
