Fox, retail investors can't short Pink Sheet stocks. As far as institutional shorts, who would short a stock with absolutely no liquidity?

Fox, there is 'grand plan"

The CEO left the company.

Smyth left the company.

Their website went down.

The moved offices when they were paying only $1,500 a month.

They don't have a new office so the exit was not planned.

They told you flat out they were ceasing R&D and going to focus on sales while at the same time leaving the Thai Science Park. A code phrase for "we are out of money and have to let staff go"

Last SEC filing were November 2015 so as an investor you have had NO SEC info for 8 months.

No one answers the phone at the company.
