One hundred and forty-six (42%) of all submissions received a CRL, of which 55% later obtained approval.

So appx HALF of all submissions receiving a CRL were later approved!!

Wow did Sequest odds just take a major hit!!

Moreso, it may take a very, VERY long time before the results of the resubmission are learned. Assuming no 3rd resubmission is required
