From last annual: "No shareholder holds greater than 5% of the common shares outstanding. As of the date of this Annual Report approximately 58% of the issued and outstanding common shares are held by Canadian investors; approximately 21% of the issued and outstanding shares are held by U.S. investors; and approximately 21% are held by investors outside of Canada and the U.S."

So how exactly are the "insiders" hoping maintain control of a company they currently don't have enough shares to control? If you add up all the shares of all the "insiders" you barely break 5% COMBINED. Your statement makes no sense.

The only thing the "insiders" have been good at thus far is printing shares and collecting salary. CEO is 80 y/o now, and others have taken this as far as they can. We best hope and pray they sell this thing outright.
