I am glad I have not to choose who should get into a drug trial, can you imagine the choice, you need to pick sick enough people for your trial but not too sick so you have time to show the drug is working.

At the end of the day you could argue is a numbers game, save some now and then everyone later ...vs leaving some people who are sick without any chance now.
