Sometimes the court rules in favor of the stock holders, but usually they don't. Frequently the judge will decline for some of the other debtors and seek a better deal for them and in turn a better chance for investors to profit. If they don't decline I am just trying to get a rough estimate of what money and in what time period would go towards the sale to get an idea of how much profit Aeropostale would have to make before shareholders would start getting a cut.
