That may not be selling low, when the bid has been a fraction of that.

Bid currently .0112

Getting anything over .20 is probably going to look real good soon,
unless there's real news soon.

... and if HCTI management continues dilution to keep the lights on,
and to enrich themselves and their favorite related parties, then all
bets are off.
