I agree 100% with you. If you go to your bank for a business loan or a mortgage loan the bank is not going to approve right away. They check so many things to make sure you are capable to pay the money back and so forth before you get the money. CGRA getting the bond issuance is also the same way they would investigate and to convince them self before the money is invested. This is a clear proof that the company is legitimate, and there is no question of speculating the other way by some for their own personal benefit or manipulate to bring this company to disrepute so that they could bring the price down . This is not going to last long, when more people come to know the true business of the CGRA they are going buy at ask and push this much higher in the next few weeks or months.
