HERE'S HOPING B-SHARES ARE WORTHLESS ONE DAY


Big Pharma (or Big Tobacco) will likely squash TRTC once legalization happens, so even all the millions of B-Shares that Directors have will become worthless...OUCH!

On second thought, Edible Gardens could still be a marginally viable entity then, so perhaps $.03 might add up for them?

Until Derek Peterson proves to Common Shareholders that he isn't a greedy, unethical, bottom-feeding human being, I'm the waterboy on the sidelines; ie. revise S-3 text to include Preferred B-Shares in all Reverse Splits.
