I've been posting for almost a year that Gallant and Mario Faraone who are controlled by Norm Birmingham have millions of shares to dump. Gallant is the registered agaent for FBEC and has been since day one. Gallant "DUMPED" worthless assets on FBEC in exchange for millions of shares of stock. Norm Birmingham through Sweet Challenge replicated his PGCX sell debt for cash PGCX scam of which the SEC has filed charges. This stock was controlled by crooks like Birmingham and Faraone for a long time and they repeat their scams from symbol to symbol (RNDR to FRTD to PGCX to FBEC). Advise the SEC of what you know.
