The problem is that the FDA guidelines given to $ELTP for SequestOx approval were by Commissioner Dr. Margaret Hamburg, who resigned in late 2015.

The new FDA Commissioner, Dr. Robert Califf since Feb 2016, may want a higher level of ADF deterrence.

After $ELTP meets with the new FDA, it should become clear exactly what the new FDA wants.
