Section 4.7b says that the current stock will be cancelled, but then says "Ae´ropostale Plan Stock shall be issued to the Plan Administrator which will hold such share for the benefit of the holders of such former Ae´ropostale Stock"

OK, SO WHAT IS "AEROPOSTALE PLAN STOCK"????

Section 1.6 defines "Aeropostale Plan Stock" as "one new share of Ae´ropostale common stock to be issued to the Plan Administrator (as custodian for the benefit of the former holders of Ae´ropostale Stock) upon cancellation of Ae´ropostale Stock in accordance with Section 4.7(b) of the Plan.

ARE WE GETTING SHARES OF THE NEW COMPANY????
