Also, the CRL description is exactly the same as many others' CRLs. It is that way because the FDA describes it that way.

The PR was pure babble, and it was factually incorrect. If you think the writing is good, I recommend Strunk & White Elements of Style. Take it from a guy who has given a lot of bad news in his career. Look them in the eye. Get straight to the point. Give the details that are needed to make informed decisions. Explain options.
