The CRL is quite devastating to ELTP and its investors. My sincere condolences to those that will be adversely impacted by this worst case outcome to the NDA for ELI 200.

It is my sincere hope that NH and ELTP's management team can navigate the FDA's objections as expressed in the letter so as to resurrect the business prospects for the company.

Unfortunately, an inability to revive and gain approval for this ADT technology will prove fatal to the company since its generic pipeline does not support the recent market cap.

It's going to a brutal week next week in ELTP. I wish everyone the best.

A very very unfortunate outcome for all.
