Scott is slow, about 3 or 4 trading days generally. Some may allow phone in trades, for an additional cost but most won't let you do anything until shares are received. Prior posters made up stories stating otherwise, but most realized the lie. I've seen it go as quickly as same day and as long as 19 days, depends on the quality of the company, the broker and TA. Given it took them many months to figure out how to RS, an extended delay would not surprise me. Plus, tons of shares to deliver out for warrants, debt, insiders, etc, so makes sense to control the dumpage and lock up bag holders IMO.
