I disagree.

Just because a website says nothing means nothing.

Just because a PR hasn't come out of the way or the other again means nothing.

Something will come out when it does. Until then it's all speculations and excuses. With zero facts backing it up. Just because a website doesn't say Sequestox or Elite we jump to the conclusion it's a good?

Just because Elite doesn't put out a PR means we didn't get approved ?

I would be certain to say that IF Elite wanted to they could tell the FDA we want it released on such and such date. The FDA has ZERO obligation to post to their website. More so the company has all the say in what goes on with THEIR business operations. If Elite got approval Elite could have said to not publish it yet. Because again it is not the FDA'S obligation to do so. It is Elites obligation to do so.
