FYI. Apple a couple years ago took out $17B in debt while sitting on $150B. It was the biggest corporate issuance of debt ever. The $5.5B traunche was issued at a rate of 2.4%. Around the same time, Nike raised debt at 2.27%.

Yeah, it's nothing special for an OTC company to land a loan and revolving line of credit like this. And we all know that nothing supercharges the bottom line like leverage.
