According to the CEO yesterday, there is no $4,000,000 of revenue. It is contingent on a number of things happening. Believe it when it is in the bank with this company.

You appear to be new to this company. Those that have been here for many years don't get too excited by their announcements. More often than not they do not lead to revenue. IMO
