For what it is worth. My research assistant has told me there were a flood of filings at the last minute. Over welling the court. But they were VERY positive for the common stock holders. I am a large holder of BBPPQ. But she is so sure this is good news for the common. I am now buying the common instead of more of the preferred. This may take weeks to sort it all out.
