RJPETE7, No one has said permitting is something that should be overlooked. I understand that you are new to the board, but many of us have to hear the incessant cry of "What about permits" about every other week from Advocate77 (aka LCP77 mini me) Believe me, it gets a little ridiculous after the 20th time. The information is in the hands of the USACE.

No one is wearing tin foil hats. Everyone on this board is aware that permits are needed to proceed with construction. Everyone on this board is aware that they are in process to obtain the required permits. Until then, the company is in process of running the pilot plant testing at SGS and not letting grass grow under their feet.

Landmark lives quite a distance away, but I live just about 30 minutes from the mine site and would love to have a beer with you at the Village Tavern when USACE permit is given. Until then, we will be blessed by Advocate77 asking the proverbial question "What about permits?", enjoy. GLTL
