Brokers Restricting Online Trading

I don't know if it was recorded or not but, the broker told me that they had a footprint of my whole conversation I had online in the Schwab Help Chat Box yesterday trying to demand that they sell my INSN the same way I bought it...online...I wasn't able to save that conversation because, it wouldn't cut and paste.

I think that if we keep the pressure on that this issue will work itself out...maybe not in a way that high risk stock traders like...but at least we will know the rules going into a trade. If I know that I have to buy AND sell a stock online...then it is my decision whether or not to take a position. I just want to know the rules and have all of the informaion!!!
