Let me preface this by saying I do have skin in the game here so I am long, BUT if I'm understanding this correctly we didn't actually 'sign' him. We licensed a product with his name. Anyone can make a deal with them to license and sell their product. Did we get exclusive licensing rights? Cause if not 100 other companies can do the same thing. Licensing just means they give us the right to sell their product for a percentage of the sales. Correct me if I'm wrong, which I hope I am. Let's just be clear about what's actually happening.
