An update from yesterday...

I got on the phone with Schwab today after the BS I went through yesterday with them trying to sell INSN. You will remember they sold it to me online on Friday and Monday morning, but would not let me sell it in the afternoon online. I called in the transaction and while they were fumble phuking around I continued to lose money. They finally got the trade off, and I was really pizzed. I filed a complaint with the SEC../...Yesterday and today they sold me PMHJ online and when I went to sell...same thing...restricted. I called and put in the order and it went through...and was picked up almost immediately. It happened to be the same broker in Phoenix that sold my INSN order yesterday and I was talking with him and he told me that they weren't even supposed to sell me the INSN or the PMHJ online in the first place. (yeah right) I told him that it was awfully funny that they would make the same technical error two days in a row and even funnier that the errors were only on the buy side and then it was rules as regular when I wanted to sell. I said that I would be filing another formal complaint about the PMHJ deal even though I made a bundle on the trade and it was put through with speed. Selling me stock in the morning online and then not letting me sell it online in the afternoon just ain't right. Well, the guy says "let me see what I can do for you" He comes back and waves all of the transaction fees for both INSN and PMHJ and then he adjusts my account to reflect the INSN sell at the original price I tried to sell at yesterday when I got my first notification of the online restriction...He turned the loser into a gainer!!!

This tells me they know that they are stepping over the line and when confronted in the right way they will try and placate clients to tone down the anger...I filed the complaint anyway..lolol
