First, thanks for the compliment. I am happy to be able to offer something for we shareholders to consider. And, I get your point.

I have to say, it is one complicated thing and as one deep thinker once commented..."It all comes down to two words, it just depends!" I trust you get the joke and the point. We do not know what Nasrat really is intending, nor should we. That is the point of strategy, you do not share it...even with shareholders, who are a notoriously loose lipped group. So, let me cut to the chase...I think the end game is a buyout. This is not a surprise statement, as you should know if you have read my posts. I think all the other stuff is just noise. In fact, an interesting tell was when Nasrat changed his tune about getting to the Nasdaq three years from now instead of this year. Why say that when he knew shareholders would be all over it? Because he wanted to take it off the table for discussion. Why? Because he has no intention of uplisting; despite seeing the p/s get crushed every CC. With no real big partner to extend the brand and product portfolio and garner the largest revenues, he knows he needs to sell the company and that is the end game. It really always has been.
