First of all, a pump and dump is not usually orchestrated directly by a company looking to sell stock into the public float. Usually a P&D takes place when individuals who got cheap shares are looking to exit their position by hyping the company to levels where they can sell their shares for a tidy profit by creating trading volume.

It has nothing to do with a company looking to sell additional shares of stock. THAT MUST BE DONE THROUGH A REGISTERED SECONDARY OFFERING OR PRIVATE PLACEMENT.

ABRW does not need to hire an IR Firm when they have three individuals who have written extensively on Seeking Alpha touting the stock as undervalued, and worth 3-5X its current price.

Once again, you seem to be confusing Investor Relations activities with stock promotion campaigns and pump & dump schemes.

<<To even think about referring to ABRW as a pump and dump is ludicrous. They have NO stock to sell. Every large reporting shareholder still owns ALL of their shares when they have had the right to sell for many many months.>>
