Hi Alive, I'm not aware of any additional purchases, private party or otherwise, and I wouldn't be privy to any.

My feeling when ordering mine, and it's only a feeling, is that the armor program at Bourque is just ramping up, and significant sales haven't happened yet .

Not what anyone wants to hear, especially me, but I'm at least encouraged they have products that are close enough to market, that a small buyer like me was able to order. I asked John when ordering, point blank, if they could successfully execute a bulk 1000 plate order at this point, and his answer was , "yes, I could have an order like that shipped within a few weeks or less".

I'm fairly confident they'll eventually have a full line armor plate lineup available , and are more than likely working out the angles on NIJ certs on these new version plates. Once again, only.my opinion, wish I had more.

I do know there was good attendance at the demo, and at least one large aircraft mfr. had a representative in attendance. Of course we've heard this all before and nothing came of it, at least from the standpoint of justifying an investment with financial results.
