If my math is correct to get the 499,000,000 figure the split ratio would have to have been 3.95 roughly. That's if you try to reverse engineer the ratio using the 500 million number. Math is not my forte, and maybe not anyones at nanosux either.

I don't how they come up with the 500 million suddenly.
