Wow, this board is quite intent on driving down the price.

There is no denying that the company is diluting shares. And, that needs to stop. CEO's like this don't tend to last long before someone goes all money monster on them.

If your watching, just be patient, no need to enter at this point, maybe wait for the trend to reverse, if it even does...? If your in, commit and hold, don't ever trade on what chat boards indicate or what folks tell you to do on chat boards. Perform your own DD. This is what Mods should be encouraging rather than using their positions as a speaker board to propagate their own interests. Bears are determined to produce your losses for their own better entry positions. They have your and the companies best interests in their hearts, obviously... the overwhelming negativity is uncanny...

The dilution that posts in the 8k, seems to be half of daily volume. This shows it gets absorbed and bulls could move this up with a rally. Why bears are so blatantly discouraging is beyond me. We all know what OTC is and don't need to be reminded that most companies are in development stages. It doesn't make them a scam. But, bears sure have an invested interested in hurting their fellow investors and how they make money off this is beyond me as shorting is not possible at these levels...

Until the board becomes more non-bias and isn't set out to determine the demise of this company, I'll probably just wait on the sidelines watching for an opportunity and a sign of reversal. No sense getting into a company that's diluting on a board thats determined to cultivate its demise. Could concentrate with optimism but it seems here folks would rather scare and shake shares free from innocent newbs probably... Daytraders are just white noise, in an overall trend.

If this is all about entry position than these are some greedy mtfckers and you might as well just stay away. 10 negs and 1 pos poster seems is not worth your time. Not to mention that the mods can't even sticky objective DD but instead are set out to ruin the share price. No sense going against an obvious bearish trend...

Maybe, watch on the sidelines how this plays out but there is no f.o.m.o. here,... there is no rush to enter and might as well wait until the census shifts and the chart begins to unravel, but this is a watch for me, it may bounce, but as long as the folks on this board flip-flop daily, I'll wait on the sidelines... gl
