No it is an indication of not being able to put things into production effectively pur and simple and it could happen again that costs more money, more debt and makes it risky at this pps level until they prove otherwise A shut down again and that pps level will drop like a Roc (: A few months does not cut it in my book yet as I don't look at things with rose colored glasses Also they never have reached name plant production as it keeps changing So far they have not turned a profit I have taken profit at a higher pps level and am still holding shares as I am playing with house money on this one with my entire positon paid for and having already made money on it So I have won and moving forward will win if it pans out or goes belly up Lets hope for the best Regards Jet Hold For the ( X ) Roc Roc Roc ??????????
