With ZIOP it was a billionaire...

Randal Kirk...the bulls (or pumpers depending on your POV) said I didn't understand what a bargain ZIOP was at $13+ and that BMO, JPMorgan, Griffin Securuites and Billionaire RJ Kirk all knew more than me...

A lot of people stormed in and paid up to almost $15 for ZIOP because the fundamentals obviously said it was worth more....in the end it turned out my opinion was valid.

I would have to see a copy of the loan agreement and given a chance to read the covenants and provisions....the devil is always in the details.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
