If the SEC is just now filing charges Stockster has known about it for some time. The time line on start of investigation to the filing of charges can take as long as 18 months...I would assume the fastest the charges would be filed would be about 6 months

So if Stockster didn't used to disclose and then he shut down the website and came back compliant then I would venture to say that this is about old business practices and he is going to have to pay the piper...Oh well, just the cost of doing business in this industry.
