Ultimately that's for the market to decide....

At the end of the day any stock for any company....its like a fiat currency, its worth is decided by the market. I have seen companies report increased revenues and profits, and then trade down. I have also seen companies report massive losses and go up.....

Back in the dot bomb era with all the accounting scandals at companies like Enron....it really kicked the snot out of investor confidence. So the US passed more stringent reporting requirements with the Saberns-Oxley act of 2002, or Sab/Ox for short. Of course it only applies to companies trading on NYSE, Naz and OTC....not on the gray pinkie market.


If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
