Challenge our universities to design better pelton turbines.

I mailed Prof.dr. Fokko Mulder working on Delft University.

The Dutch know all about water, flooding, pumping.
And with the rising of the ocean levels we can use this system to pump inland water to the other side of our dikes with any loss of energy!
