I am holding a lot long-term and believe any company restructuring is a positive thing.and usually successful.

This is a real business with real revenues. Don't really get why people are on hear trashing IFCR unless they are trying to get people to sell more under valued shared. If I'm pissed off at a stock i am invested in I just sell and look for something else.

I see the facts:
1) $25M in revenue
2) 300 employees
3) 40 years in business
4) Acquisition coming soon
5) debt redused in half.
6) Extremely under valued
