The question one should ask is what will be the conversion factor of the convertible B shares after the split - if any splits occur. I would say this ruse is a brilliant piece of work, very few would understand the silliness of this deception. My guess is that any company would not answer the question as it was asked because it would involve answering a nonsensical question. Well played!!
