Well yeah that works for me.... HAHA. Im just saying that the deals they are working and making are complex and that is the reality of it, is it not???. yes alot of time when a company goes BK, shares get wiped but they are far worse off, IMO. I get that there is a chance that these share are wiped, I just do not think it will happen. Like I said, there are alot of factors here that they have to figure.

EVERYTIME a company gets in a pickle and hit with hard times, lets just wipe shares and print new ones screw investors, Why would you ever invest. it comes down to what is best for the company and what has to be done. It is not mandatory to wipes share and issue new ones in BK.

I think this has a better chance of going up and making money then dropping to cover.
