It's basically saying investors (and ARTH doesn't get proceeds) that shares may go down to .43 as the release states but should go back up once they're down selling. IMO, if ARTH doesn't have good news after this selling is done and they don't say a word, then this could be my biggest mistake in my trading history. But I don't think so. At this point, I don't know what to think!!!
