Everyone holding at this point is willing to take the risk on Friday's POR. My concern is if they do not file it on time, investors will lose patience. We really need to see a bit of a rise before the POR. Should it not work in our favor, then the stampede will take place and I'd much rather exit from 10 cents than 6 cents. HOWEVER, although this possibility exists, my DD tells me that the commons will indeed be saved. WHY? Well, just look at how many shares are held by insiders....

Although it might be a strategic move for AROPQ to cancel the common, for their management team, not so much. They very well know the PPS will rocket if they save the commons. They have as much interest as we do to keep the shares trading as they move to emerge from BK.

To cancel the common and reissue shares would not be a good investment on their part. Loyal shareholders will angrily leave AROPQ in the dust. And the recent history will not attract new shareholders. This is a very sensitive time for AROPQ and their goal right now is to protect this and rebuild a positive reputation in the market.

I have friends in the apparel industry (none with direct relationship with AROPQ), and they all seem to agree given their knowledge of apparel retailer BK's (and there have been a lot of them), that AROPQ has the right stuff to emerge safely from BK this year.

IMHO, this is one the safest BK plays I've ever seen. There is a HUGE BTS campaign about to run that will bring flocks to their remaining stores. Licensing deals overseas are growing and bringing in positive revenue. Celebrity endorsements from OLYMPIC athletes.

I AM ALL IN.
